My Best Pick Concealers!

Concealer is really one of those things that every girl has in her make-up bag. All in all, it's really a life saver! From covering up those horrible little spots to dark under eye circles, concealer does it! So I have put together some of the best concealers (not in order) I have used and the one's that you really should have! Also if you read to the end, there's a few things I have mentioned that concealer is great for that you might not have known about!

1. Maybelline New York: Light Coverage:
This concealer is perfect if you prefer to go more
natural and avoid a face full of foundation. It's
perfect for covering those slight imperfections
such as little pimples to slightly dark under eye
circles. It applies really well and smoothly and it's
perfect to carry in your bag for on the go!

2. Garnier tinted eye roll on:
Garnier concealer in really good and I tried it
for a while and I really liked it! It's sheer and
covers really well, and again if you tend to go
for a more natural look this is one of the concealers
you should consider buying. It's really light on the skin
too and doesn't feel heavy like most concealers.

3. Rimmer Wake Me Up:
I think this concealer is really good and lots
of people have reviewed it and found it really
good. This concealer really brightens up your
face and under your eyes combating that dark
circles look. It is easily blended and the light
shimmer really does add a glow to your face
making you look more awake and doing it's job.

4. Rimmel Match Perfection:
This concealer has also got brilliant reviews.
The application brush really allows it to be
applied easily but sometimes does require
you to blend it in with your fingers. It does
have really good coverage but it is a little bit
runny in texture. It's better used as a under eye
concealer than a concealer to cover spots but
it really is good and brightens your face!

5. L'Oréal Touche Magique:
This concealer also has really good
coverage. It's illuminating without the
shimmer or sparkle some concealers
have. It works great as a highlighter
and also if you want to contour your
face. The formula is thin and doesn't
feel cakey on the skin! I would
recommend it, but keep in mind
that there isn't a lot of concealer in it!

6. Catrice All Round Concealer:
This concealer is very like the Make Up Forever 5 concealer palette. This concealer from Catrice has 5 different shades perfect for every imperfection from dark under eye circles to redness! It's creamy                                                                                               texture gives full coverage and it really is a great                                                                                           concealer!

7. Erase Paste Benefit:
This erase paste from benefit is perfect
for covering under eye circles or for areas
you want to brighten. It has full coverage
and it's an easy to blend concealer with
light pink undertones. Its a great concealer
to brighten your face.

8. M.A.C Mineralize Concealer:
This concealer from M.A.C have a medium
coverage and illuminates the skin. It has a creamy
texture making it easy to apply and it's packed with
minerals for your skin. It's also great for covering
discoloration of the skin.

9. Bobbi Brown Tinted Eye Brightener:
I didn't buy this concealer but it was given to
me and I really loved it! You can wear it alone
just under the eyes and along the cheekbone
to give your face some colour or it's great for
under the eyes as it illuminates erasing the fatigue
look and making you look awake.

10. NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer:
Again I was given this concealer over Christmas
as part of a present and I really love it and I'm using
it right now. It's really light and doesn't feel caked on
the skin at all. It gives light coverage and it's great for
a natural look, but you can build it up for medium - dark
coverage. It's so easy to apply and blends amazingly. The
best thing about it is it doesn't crease at all! It gets rid of
all those imperfections and it's my fave concealer I have
used so far!

*Hints&Tips:

  • Use some green tinted concealer and dab onto any red blemishes (green counteracts red), blend in and apply some powder on top!
  • Use a typically darker concealer for dark under eye circles
  • After applying foundation, use some yellow tinted concealer (try the catrice pallette) to cover up any uneven skin tones and blend in it really well
  • Use some concealer to make red rosy cheeks less noticable
  • Use some yellow based concealer to get rid of a red nose, by applying around the red areas and blend it in, use some foundation after to even it out!
