Our favourite ginger, Ed Sheeran, has been spotted with some interesting new ink.
Our favourite strawberry blonde, Ed Sheeran, has been spotted with some interesting new ink.
Earlier in the week the lovely ‘Lego House’ singer announced his return to the emerald isle for his first headline tour since Autumn 2012, and thanks to some eagle eyes over at Today FM, the Londoner’s latest tattoo was noticed in a promotional picture. A few words on his right bicep as gaelige.
With the help from some clever listeners, they lovely folk at the station were able to decipher the small bit of text visible in the poster.
Ed, if you’re ever in need of a guiding light Kaz & Kelz are happy to help
The tattoo reads, “nuair is gá dom fháil bhaile, is tú mo réalt eolais”, which means, “when I need to get home, you’re my guiding light”.
. The line is a lyric from Co. Down singer-songwriter, Foy Vance, and his track ‘Guiding Light’, which Sheeran features on.
Vance, has been touring with Ed as a supporting act, and by the looks of it, the London lad likes the song a lot.
Here the pair can be heard combining their equally beautiful voices. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jfXWwa76UXA
