Are Justin and Selena back together?

Seems like pop stars Justin and Selena are back together according to recent reports. Only a few days ago the on-off again couple we spotted hanging out together on segways in The Oaks enjoying the sunny weather.

                                                

Justin recently posted a photo of him and Selena on instagram where Selena looks to be really happy with Justin. It was posted on 4. January and the really cute pic of them is captioned as "love the way you look at me". They look to be pretty loved up if you ask me. Is Justin just playing with Selena's feeling or will they give their realtionship another go? If so will there be another break up on the horizon?
