No one wants to be sick for Christmas!

  • Dont forget that it is okay to just relax and try to get as much sleep as is reasonable when you are sick. It can also be helpful to try and stay in a positive frame of mind as opposed to focusing on how miserable you may feel. Dwelling on the negative too much is just going to make time seem to pass more slowly, and you never know, maybe there's something to the idea of thinking yourself well.
  • Rest and keep warm, make sure that it is not noisy. Noisy places tend to cause headaches and stuff which could delay recovery.
