Just need a rock and a stick :) Use a pernement marker and a knife or sissors just to carve the top off your stick.

I personally made these and they are a lot easier than I expected, Just get some coffee filters or 2 bun cases and draw a heart and cut it out, then blanket stitch it up leaving a small opening somewhere and add the tea then continue stitching until it's all done. Then if you want, leave some thread hanging and attach a paper heart so that your Valentine (or yourself) can easily lift it out of her lovely mug of tea.
